Post : Accounts Executive
Qualification : Graduation in Commerce
Experience : Minimum two years in accounting
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounts and preparation of Balance sheet and Profit and Loss accounts.
- Knowledge and experience of software- Tally.
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office
- software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.)
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Preparation of Balance sheet and P&L account
- Preparing and maintaining day-to-day transactions account in tally.
- Preparing monthly salary sheet
- Working on collected information on vendors’ transactions from Admin dept.
- Preparing daily cash balance statement and updating the management
- Preparing estimates of income and expenditure on monthly basis
- Keeping track of all statutory payments and informing the management about the same.
- Preparation of invoices and follow-ups from clients’ accounts dept
