Qualification              :           Graduation in Commerce / Arts / Science

Experience                 :           Minimum two years

Skills:              :          

  1. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office
  2. software (Word, Excel & PowerPoints etc.)
  3. Letter drafting.
  4. Communication skills – both written & oral.
  5. Knowledge of general office machines (EPBX, phone, scanner, printer, FTP Server).
  6. Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
  7. Ability to work independently.
  8. Ability to handle vendors.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

  1. Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
  2. Oversee database management for quality assurance.
  3. Maintain front desk area.
  4. Type & word process documents as needed.
  5. Order office suppliers & monitor inventory.
  6. Produce documents & reports as requested.
  7. Keep a record of employees’ attendance and leave.  
  8. Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees.
  9. Type correspondence, reports & other documents.
  10. Maintain office files.
  11. Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
  12. Maintain library comprising of national, international standards, codes & books.
  13. Maintain List of hardware and software.
  14. Keep records of AMC of all services and software.
  15. Give bills and prepare plans for payments to the vendors.
  16. Provide data to the Accounts department for timely payments to the vendors.
