Qualification                    :              Graduation in business administration or related field.

Experience                         :               Minimum 2 years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain management’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  2. Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  3. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  4. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  5. Make travel arrangements for executives.
  6. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  7. Prepare invoices or financial statements and aid in bookkeeping.
  8. Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g., ERP)
  2. In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  3. Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  5. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  6. Integrity and confidentiality
