Qualification : Graduation in Commerce / Arts / Science
Experience : Minimum two years
Skills: :
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office
- software (Word, Excel & PowerPoints etc.)
- Letter drafting.
- Communication skills – both written & oral.
- Knowledge of general office machines (EPBX, phone, scanner, printer, FTP Server).
- Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle vendors.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
- Oversee database management for quality assurance.
- Maintain front desk area.
- Type & word process documents as needed.
- Order office suppliers & monitor inventory.
- Produce documents & reports as requested.
- Keep a record of employees’ attendance and leave.
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees.
- Type correspondence, reports & other documents.
- Maintain office files.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
- Maintain library comprising of national, international standards, codes & books.
- Maintain List of hardware and software.
- Keep records of AMC of all services and software.
- Give bills and prepare plans for payments to the vendors.
- Provide data to the Accounts department for timely payments to the vendors.
