Qualification : Post- Graduation in any Faculty
Experience : Minimum ten years of experience of managing staff
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office
- software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.)
- Letter drafting English and Marathi
- Communication skills in both written & oral.
- Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and apply – company and statutory requirements in day to day working.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain current Employee list.
- Recruitment of personnel as per requirement.
- Handling resignations and completing exit formalities.
- Organizing Staff Appraisals.
- Identifying training needs Arranging training to staff.
- Produce documents & reports as requested.
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees.
- Type correspondence, reports & other documents.
- Maintain employee personal files.
- Maintain confidential records & files.
- Maintain all employee records.
- Maintain employee job profile file.
- Prepare training plan.
- Coordinate & arrange internal as well as external training program.
- Maintain training attendance record.
- Coordinate new recruitment activity.
- Prepare daily time record of all employees.
- Orientation of new employee.
- Prepare annual holiday list.
- Maintain employee’s leave record.
- Maintain library comprising of national, international standards, codes & books.
