Experience                         :               Minimum Five years

Skills:   

  1. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
  2. Letter drafting English and Marathi
  3. Communication skills – both written & oral
  4. Typing skills using Word- English and Marathi.
  5. Knowledge of general office machines (EPBX, phone, scanner, printer, FTP server)
  6. Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
  7. Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

  1. Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.                       
  2. Maintain front desk area.
  3. Type & word process documents as needed.
  4. Update vendor’s list and manage stocks of the material and stationary
  5. Order office suppliers & monitor inventory.
  6. Submit bills to Accounts department
  7. Produce documents & reports as requested.
  8. Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees.
  9. Type correspondence, reports & other documents.
  10. Maintain office files.
  11. Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
  12. Maintain library comprising of national, international standards, codes & books.
