Qualification : Graduation in Commerce / Arts / Science
Experience : Minimum Five years
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
- Letter drafting English and Marathi
- Communication skills – both written & oral
- Typing skills using Word- English and Marathi.
- Knowledge of general office machines (EPBX, phone, scanner, printer, FTP server)
- Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
- Maintain front desk area.
- Type & word process documents as needed.
- Update vendor’s list and manage stocks of the material and stationary
- Order office suppliers & monitor inventory.
- Submit bills to Accounts department
- Produce documents & reports as requested.
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees.
- Type correspondence, reports & other documents.
- Maintain office files.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
- Maintain library comprising of national, international standards, codes & books.
