We have vast experience of more than a decade of 3D structural steel modeling using ‘Tekla Structures’, connection design as per International codes & extracting shop and erection drawings. We have executed steel detailing projects as per American (AISC), Indian & European standards. A single assignment of connection design & detailing for over 52000 MT of steel at a single location.

Preparation of Bar bending Schedules is often left in the hands of civil sub contractor and even semi skilled workers, which invariably leads to incorrect details, misfits at site, clashing of bars, wrong joggling, congestion of steel resulting in lot of costly “Site Fixes”.

For discerning clients, we undertake 3D concrete modeling using ‘Tekla Civil’ including modeling of reinforcement bars and extract precise B.B.S. which ensures 100% three dimensional clash free detailing. Every such instance has proved to be hassle free construction in shortest time and minimum wastage. Correct Interpretation of design / shop drawings and precise execution conforming to drawings & specification is of paramount importance. Projects slip in the quality due to misinterpretation and eventually in the schedule due to this. We offer specialized services of quality audit and QC supervision during fabrication / construction stage to ensure smooth project implementation thanks to strict control of quality by audit team. Even the audit team is further audited by "in-house" senior engineers & auditors.

We take up the assignment of proof checking/Peer review and certifying the analysis, design and drawings prepared by other agencies as per your requirements.

Concept of BIM – working on common 3D Model integrating all disciplines is fast emerging as most effective mode of engineering. We do offer to undertake 3D Modeling & BIM activities as regards to Civil Structural works also extending to HVAC & electrical applications. These 3D Models are coordinated and updated during engineering process along with other departments such as Piping, Process, Mechanical, Electrical etc. further integrated with structural analysis & design models thus ensuring trouble free, smooth, efficient & coordinated engineering activities.

Apart from actual design and detailing, we have also diversified into preparation of 3D models in Tekla environment which can be easily imported & integrated with softwares like PDS, Smart Plant etc. We have recently executed a large size polyester plant wherein our scope included development of such coordinated 3D Model.
